Another fantastic opener (pdf), followed by a quick review of the key (pdf) for Monday's homework. I pointed out again that you need to be checking your Google Apps email at least daily, as I emailed the key to you first thing on Tuesday morning.

Then today's lesson (pdf) involved guest appearances by Mrs. Pramenko, Mr. Murphy, and Mr. Meredith, as we explored the relationship between distance, rate and time in a slightly different fashion.

Tonight's homework is:
  1. Make sure you have all the numbers filled in the table (table for you - pdf). Then look at, but don't do, steps 1-4 on page 3 of the  lesson (pdf) so you know what we'll be working on tomorrow.

  2. Complete the Graphing Linear Equations by Using a Table Online Pre-Assessment. As always, don't try to type your work on the screen, please write it down in your notebook, but be sure to click "check your work" after you do and compare. This should give you a great idea of how you'll do on the assessment on Friday and, if that's not looking too promising, you now have time to come in on Thursday and get some help.

  3. Have fun if you go to the Bonfire tonight. Be safe and make good decisions.
